These Terms of Service apply to ARTIFLOW, a service operated by MaxArt Labs, LLC.

Service Overview

ARTIFLOW helps users create marketplace-ready advertising images and related listing content from product photos, prompts, and listing details. The service may include guest access, signed-in access, paid features, and integrations with third-party AI and cloud providers.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You may use the service only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law. If you use the service for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Accounts And Guest Access

Some parts of the service may be available without registration through a guest session. Guest access may be limited by usage caps, device or abuse controls, or session expiration. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or guest session credentials.

Your Content

You retain your rights in photos, prompts, text, and other content you submit. You grant MaxArt Labs, LLC a limited right to host, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create fraudulent listings, generate deceptive or harmful content, bypass usage limits, probe or attack the service, or interfere with other users. You also may not use the service to create, request, upload, or distribute adult, sexual, pornographic, erotic, fetish, nude, or otherwise NSFW content; content involving minors in a sexualized, exploitative, or abusive context; illegal goods or services; weapons promotion; controlled substances; hate, harassment, violence, self-harm, impersonation, deepfakes, fraudulent listings, deceptive advertising, malware, credential theft, or other abusive content.

Content Moderation And Enforcement

MaxArt Labs, LLC may use prompt filtering, image and content moderation, automated and manual review, abuse monitoring, rate limits, account restrictions, output blocking, and related safety controls to detect or prevent prohibited use. We may refuse to process, remove, block, disable, suspend, or terminate content, projects, jobs, accounts, or access that appear to violate these terms or create legal, safety, payment, marketplace, or platform risk.

AI Output

Generated images and text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in a listing, advertisement, or commercial workflow. The service does not guarantee that generated output is unique, legally compliant, or fit for any specific marketplace policy.

Marketplace And Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers for authentication, billing, storage, analytics, moderation, and AI generation. Those services may have their own terms and policies, and availability may change without notice.

Paid Features And Billing

Paid plans, billing intervals, credits, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation rules, and refunds are disclosed on the pricing page and at checkout. Web payments are processed by FastSpring as Merchant of Record where FastSpring checkout is offered.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account or through the payment flow. After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and by any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, branding, interface, and underlying systems, is owned by MaxArt Labs, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Suspension And Termination

MaxArt Labs, LLC may suspend, limit, or terminate access when necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with law, respond to suspected violations of these terms, or reduce legal, payment, safety, or platform risk.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxArt Labs, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, or marketplace opportunity arising from or related to the service.

Changes

MaxArt Labs, LLC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
